0I was preparing to attack the Spanish convoys so I could remove three more of them from their navy, when the AI decided to end that war. Again. Which meant that my preparations and hope to capture a city were done for naught. So instead I decided to expand in the cities owned by the Dutch, as that will something I need to do anyway and I was lacking some goods after all.
