Mit der Fortsetzung des Überraschungshits Portal (2007) hat Valve das Prinzip der Portale und den Spaß hinter dieser Mechanik noch einmal in eine neue Dimension gehoben. Zur Portalkanone und den Basiselementen wie Würfeln (oder gar dem Companion Cube / "Begleiterkubus") und Emanzipationsgrills hinzu gekommen sind viele Elemente wie Laserrätsel mit entsprechenden Umlenkwürfeln, der Ball, Transportstrahlen und nicht zuletzt farbige Gele, welche für Beschleunigung oder besseres Sprungverhalten sorgen.
Aber das Wichtigste: zur alleinstehend schon gelungenen Single Player - Kampagne des Ego-Puzzlers hat Valve nicht nur eine Coop-Kampagne spendiert, nein, dank ingame-Editor liefert der Community-Workshop wortwörtlich unendliche Möglichkeiten und erweitert damit BEIDE Kampagnen.
Durch die "Initiative für endloses Testen" (PeTI = Perpetual Testing Initiative) ist Portal 2 somit für mich und viele andere zum Lieblingsspiel auf Lebenszeit avanciert; meine Leidenschaft möchte ich in dieser und anderen Serien auf meinem Kanal präsentieren. Ob alleine als Chell in Single Player Maps oder mit wechselnden, aber auch wiederkehrenden und treuen Partnern im Coop als Atlas und P-Body unterwegs, zeige ich euch die Vielfalt des Workshops mit teils bockschweren Rätseln, welche von wahren Meistern ihres Fachs kreiert wurden.
Die Aperture Science Labore öffnen erneut ihre Tore. GlaDOS hat keine Chance: ich hol mir den Kuchen! ;-)
