About The Speaker:
Dr. Shekhar is a child psychiatrist with 40 years of experience in the field of child mental health, but his work extends beyond the clinical population, in particular to children in institutions, educational facilities and in the field of law, across the country and in South Asia. With a view to enabling access to mental health for the most vulnerable child populations, his special areas of interest in child mental health are childhood trauma, gender and sexuality. An artist and musician, he uses a number of creative methodologies in child mental health interventions, including theatre in development approaches. He's playing a steel string acoustic guitar and singing with the Sarjapur Blues Band. His many achievements on mental health initiatives have been widely acknowledged by the media. He also co-wrote two books and wrote some of his chapters as guest authors. He's a very famous man for the efforts he made in mental health.
Sh.Hari Kiran Vadlamani is a businessman, seeker, activist and aspiring artist. He has created two further foundations, which are separate from the Academy of Advaita to pursue his passionate passions for art, philosophy and indology: The International Academy of Innovation is a not for profit think tank, which seeks to foster and sustain scholarship in the area of indology with an arm that trains public intellectuals for producing Dharmic narrative. Through a variety of institutional and individual initiatives, Creative India provides support to the arts and culture sector as well as an advocateship platform for making India a global soft superpower. Over the last decade, he has produced, mentored and acted as a facilitator to several creative and intellectual initiatives by like minded artists, scholars & public intellectuals.

Raghava carries 21 experience across game development, learning and entrepreneurship.He was the Development Director at Electronic Arts (EA Sports). After his corporate stint, he moved into academia with a focus on Public Leadership.He was the co-founder and Assoc Dean academics at Rashtram school of public leadership.He is currently the Founder and CEO of Brhat Culture Creative LLP with a focus on Cultural story-telling, Policy Research and Leadership Development.
As a student of Indic Knowledge Systems, he seeks to provide perspectives on tackling global challenges from an Indian civilizational worldview.
