This is NOT a guaranteed fix!
But I had this error at least a dozen times a couple of days ago while trying to mass export from twitch, and now I have been having none after I started doing things in a very specific order.
It could be luck, coincidence, or maybe they fixed something on their end in between my upload attempts.
Whatever the reason, this is how I'm doing it now, and it's been working for the last two days without a hitch.
My guess is that IF this order is actually what stopped my problem, then it must've had something to do with the combination of action/order involved with how I was editing the name and copy-pasting.
Like, perhaps it was causing some insertion of invisible gibberish/unreadable characters into the name or description, which was causing the process to error out when it got to some point in the operation.
Similar to how a youtube video description may be un-postable if you have accidentally put in a character it can't process correctly, or renaming a windows file can fail for essentially the same reason.
This could also explain why there isn't a lot of useful information about solving this error; because if it's only happening due to a certain/specific combination of inputs/acts occurring in a particular order...
Then not only will it only affect a small number of users in the first place, but also only the instances where the solution is actually found can be documented.
Meaning, it could be a problem that happens by accident in the first place, so it would only happen rarely in the first place, and could likely only be reproduced essentially by accident, making problem solving very difficult if not impossible.
Anyway, like I said, I can't guarantee anything here. I'm just putting it up in case some others have the same issue I had, as something they can try.
And if it works for them too, maybe some sort of permanent solution and/or documentation can be done down the road.
