Best way to tech this situation is remember the threshold is about ~35-55% (changes depending on rage) for light tatsu to knockdown close to the ground. If you're caught within this window just be sure to watch for the first kick of tatsu and then its a matter of timing the kicks like a rhythm game. 1-2-tech. After the threshold you're free to jump out without teching, but keep focused on the mix ups that follow too!
