"Power Armor Voice Effect for Player Character" Preview

A preview for a mod I made which makes your character sound as if they were in Power Armor. The current version has a bug where the mod disregards what your character is wearing, and you'll sound filtered even if you're not wearing a helmet. I'm trying to figure out a different way so that doesn't happen, however.
