Power leveling to 70 in Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls
0First time I power levelled a character. Started with a Crusader. Took us just over 3.5 hours to get him from 1 to 70 and we took a lunch break in between. We had to lower the torment level late in the run since things were starting to hit hard.
I believe it can be done, level 1 to 70 in about 2 hours. Here's how you do it. A level 70 has to make a torment 6 game. You join the game with your new character. Both of you back out to the party screen and the level 70 passes lead to the level 1. The level 1 makes sure it's still on torment 6, then start the game. Everything will be at torment 6 difficulty (including experience) but the creatures will only be the level of the new character. Which means everything will be level 1 while you're level 1. Then they'll bump to 2 when you level. 3 when you hit 3 and so forth. Your level 70 mate smashes everything.
It's starts to get tricky after 60, things hit harder and are harder to hit. I haven't figured out if going it solo at this point is faster or staying with the group all the way to 70. Whatever you enjoy more. Have fun!
