TELEVISION SERIES DESCRIPTION
Power Rangers Cosmic Fury is an American superhero drama serving as an adaptation of the 41st Super Sentai series Uchu Sentai Kyuranger[note 1], and is the 30th installment of the Power Rangers franchise. The series is Hasbro's third production following their acquisition of the franchise and is currently the final season to be set within the mainstream continuity established since Mighty Morphin Power Rangers; a franchise reboot series is currently in development.[2]
The series also commemorates the franchise's 30th anniversary as it picks up directly following the end of the final episode of Dino Fury. In the series, the Morphin Masters have tasked the Rangers with re-capturing Lord Zedd and fighting his new forces throughout outer space.
