Zayto applies for a job as a reporter but he's not the only one who's after the gig. A guy named Javi is and they each get their assignments. Zayto interviews a talented track star while Javi gets info on a strange orb. But it all comes to a head when Void Knight's forces attack. It's up to the Rangers to stop them from getting the stone but even with that, they'll need all the help they can get.
This episode gives us not one but multiple debuts. For starters, we get the debut of Izzy and Javi Garcia, played by Tessa Rao and Chance Perez respectively. Not only that but Void Knight gets a new general Boomtower, voiced by Mark Mitchinson. In terms of the story, it has Zayto trying to get a job but he has competition with someone else. But the bad guys showing up change things, forcing the Rangers to intervene. Eventually they get help in the form of new Rangers and with it, they defeat the Sporix.
It's a really good episode and we got two new Rangers who show off their skills. It's also. I just wish it wasn't spoiled outright due to the opening being updated. They should have saved it for the next episode. Other than that, it was really good. I enjoyed it a lot.
