Premiere Won't Add Video to Timeline? // Bug/Issue & Potential Fix

I encountered this... bug... issue? With Premiere, and it sent me searching for hours trying to fix it. Here's a simple fix if you happen to have this exact, unfortunate issue.
However when I import video footage, it still only shows the audio indicator in the Project Media folder - but video is working again.
I have no clue what happened to cause this.
