or Crayfish? Backstory: In Champagne Beach in a pacific island (Specifically the island Espiritu Santo) of Vanuatu, we heard there were lobsters for sale by some of the locals. I don't know anything about cuisine, but I believe this are some sort of crayfish. Anyhow, these guys made them for us right there, and his young son even helped by cutting leaves nearby and washing them and batted flys. Cost 20 AUD (aka 12 USA dollars) for 2 of these, wrapped in a leaf with a bit of citron or lemons squeezed on top. A very nice visit to one of my favorite places I'd love to return to.
