4Russian President Vladimir Putin has PPD (Paranoid Personality Disorder). Psychosis can cause one to hallucinate voices in their head which seem audible (the mind tricks the ears into hearing it). I know because I went through this during one of my extreme fasts which caused a chemical imbalance in my brain.
