Prey - 100% Walkthrough - Part 16: I and It Playthrough
124This is a guide to fully complete the game Prey. I will be showing you how to obtain all of the game's achievements and trophies, including the collectibles for: Press Sneak, Missing Persons, Psychometry, Dear Future Self, Black Market, and TranStar Gourmand. I'll also show you how to save and kill everyone (in separate playthroughs of course) for I and It, Do No Harm, and I and Thou. In the first playthrough, I'll be showing you all of the collectibles, all miscellaneous achievements, and completing the game with no kills and in the "most empathetic" way as well as using no Neuromods for the No Needles achievement/trophy. Afterward, I will show you where to find all of the crewmates on your second playthrough and how best to kill them for I and It and Awkward Ride Home. Note that for Split Affinity, you will need to reload at the end of your first playthrough and use one Typhon neuromod, then complete the last few seconds again to get that to count as your first playthrough. Then, complete your second playthrough in a new save slot and make sure that you only use human neuromods throughout that playthrough.
For the I and It playthrough, be sure to keep saves so that you can reload if any NPCs die without you having personally killed them. There will be 42 people you need to kill, so keep checking your tracker to make sure that the count adds up. Here is the order you find them and kill them:

Now go to the Shuttle Bay and eject Pod 2

After leaving Alex’s office the second time, Dahl will call you and you will get the quest Showing Intiative. This is required as these 4 people will only spawn in after this quest is initiated.

Make sure you have the Incapacitate Dahl quest, and meet him on the Shuttle Bay. Use the stun gun on him. Then go to his shuttle, find KASPAR, and go kill him (location will be random).
Advance the Story and Igwe will tell you he is ready in the Neuromod Division. Complete the procedure to remove his Neuromods, and Igwe will open the doors to the Operating area. Kill Igwe.

Go to the Arboretum and meet Alex.

43:00 I AND IT - You killed every Human on and around Talos 1
Now, reload your save, and complete that game with Dahl alive. Take off with him in the shuttle, and your last achievements will unlock!
43:38 AWKWARD RIDE HOME - You escaped Talos I aboard Dahl's shuttle with only Dahl.
45:25 SPLIT AFFINITY - Complete the game once acquiring only Typhon powers and again acquiring only Human abilities.
