Primordial Thicket || Pikmin 4 || "Shortest" Days Run || Episode 47 - Day 35
0We are blasting off to the final area of the game. Surprisingly different from the Final Trial in Pikmin, and the Formidable Oak in Pikmin 3, the Primordial Thicket is a complete area with caves, treasures, and more castaways to find. This episode, much longer than others, supports the surface and cavern exploration of our first trip to the Thicket.
Our first, and most important goal is to collect the treasure that requires 100 Purple Pikmin to gather. Though I tried to reach this area by other means, we ended up going the standard route and building a wall to climb. This golden vaulting table is just as heavy as the doomsday apparatus, with the only difference being that we can propagate Purple Pikmin easier now with the Purple Onion.
Near the end of the day, we make our way to the cave known as the Subterranean Swarm. This cave composed of 5 sublevels is full of icky bugs and we plan on exterminating them all!
