In this tutorial we will show you how to Recruit a Confidential Informant (CI) in Prison Architect as of Alpha 28.

1: Go To Reports - Policy and increase the time your prisoners spend in Solitary
2: Go to Intelligence - Informants, then look for marked Potential CI in Solitary
3: Select Marked prisoner and Go To Experience tab and Click Recruit Informant.
