Here's an example of the Pro Action Replay's main menu and features on the Master System.

Important: The Pro Action Replay will only work with the Master System 1 & 2 consoles and not the Megadrive Master System Converter.

As far as I can tell the Pro Action Replay needs the loading screen of the original console which the Master Systems Megadrive converter skips but you can still access the Pro Action Features when the cartridges are inserted as seen in the video.

I also use this great website below to find the 8 digit codes needed for the pro action replay.

Hopefully, after viewing the video, it will help you decide if it's worth buying also I have seen as of the year 2020 the Pro Action Replay seems to be quite a rare find retailing on eBay for £50+ :D
