The monitor comes with the ProArt Pen, a lightweight and cordless input stylus that incorporates Wacom’s electromagnetic resonance (EMR) technology. This technology creates a magnetic field that captures the movement and pressure of every stroke of your stylus. Wacom EMR also passes power through the LCD, so the ProArt Pen doesn’t need a battery. The ProArt Pen has 8,192 levels of pressure sensitivity and supports tilt recognition. It also has two customizable buttons for quick access to your favorite functions. The ProArt Pen is easy to use for long periods of time, and its leather pen holder keeps it protected and ready to hand when it’s needed.
The monitor also features an integrated ASUS Dial, which is built into the left edge of the display. It gives you quick access to the most commonly used functions in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom Classic. It’s a quick and easy mechanism for changing tools or parameters without losing focus on the task at hand. It is compatible with Microsoft Surface Dial features, as well.
