Problem I'm having with the Elgato HD60 X
0Hello everyone my name is Quince and i have been using the Elgato hd60 s for 8 years (i think). Before that i used another Elgato that i could plug retro games into (i forget what it was called). I have recently brought a Elgato hd60 X and come across a stream breaking problem that i can't fix. I am stumped! I play games fine for maybe 10 minutes to a hour or more and then for no reason it freezes on OBS and on the 4k elgato capture software. I have tested it fully. Removed all the usb devices i can remove and moved it to every usb on my machine, changed my usb power output to consistent through the device manager and i'm still getting the issue. I'm in the process of returning it. Then i will buy a new one but I'm not confident. My pc is above the recommended spec that is required. Anyone have any ideas?
