What the actual fuck is going on!? I can't find any online-discussions dealing with this, its always if the speed is at 400% or if its too slow, etc.... what if the emulation is around 10000% for no apparent reeason?? I'm running a windows 10 i7 skylake machine. Does anyone know what the problem is?
