Procedures on How to Build a Computer
2This is just a reference video. There are so many steps when it comes to putting a new computer, so if I have to ever build another computer for myself I can refer to this video.
The sequence of putting in the parts is very important, or you have to start over from square one. That can be frustrating. Having it all down in one place, you can just refer to the video from anywhere with your smartphone. That is the great thing about the internet.
For me, I buy a new computer almost every single year. Watching something like this can save me a lot of time. The funny thing is that putting together a computer hasn't changed much since the late 1990s. The first computer I partially put together was a Pentium 166 MMX back in 1996, I took out the old Pentium 100 mhzs board and put a new motherboard in. I didn't do it alone, one of my friends helped me. Back then, it was worth it, because computers were expensive in the mid 1990s. In those days, putting together or upgrading your own machine could save you hundreds of dollars. Now a days, putting your own computer is a novelty, because desktop computer prices are so cheap now. The only people who use desktops are people who create content, like computer applications/programs, videos, scientific programs, autocad, spreadsheets, databases, and other work related things. People who play computer games would use a desktop, because it has a lot of power. Offices use them because they are durable, they don't have to replace office equipment as frequently as laptops.
