This recipe is bonkers! Although i have to say that collecting 50 El runes is not an easy job, they just don't drop anywhere, unless you are eager to farm noraml difficulty levels and full clear areas. Even then they woouldn't be too common. So i think the value for this recipe is fine.

But it does not diminish the value of these belts, they have a possibility to cover your FHR needs, add to your FCR, close Resistances gaps, and add nice hefty MF chunk. On top you can get up to 100 life and about 30 Strength! This is so cool! I'm not sure if really 1 skill from Arach is so valuable. These crafted belts can get 20FCR with a corruption, but if you don't need it so much then i would argue one skill doesn't overpower all the benefits here.
