The next thing to do is to build the enclosure and re-enforce the rack a bit so that it can be moved with equipment in it. i'll be putting some corner braces for the front and back, like i did with the sides.

Total costs up to this point is $180($165 excluding wheels) excluding the polyglass crap that i've got for the enclosure.

ended up just buying a half size server rack for $50, but used this one for several months. nothing wrong with it, just couldn't resist a smexy one for $50 :P --- http://vpn.hotnoob.com
