Project MSX requires the GZDoom sourceport to work. Download the latest version here: http://forum.drdteam.org/viewforum.php?f=23

And, of course, you'll need a copy Doom 2 to play Project MSX, though it is also compatible with Doom 1 and Final Doom. All of these can be found on Steam.
