I bought this game. Project Third Eye PCVR is a physics sandbox game where you get to try out different scenarios and test out different toys. Given the budget price, I would say this is a good start to Early Access. I had a lot of fun playing the game. There's so many things I wasn't able to show in my video because the game has so many toys to play with and even has a visual scripting panel for more creativity.
