There is also a Netplay elf launcher, which in a future UWP Dolphin Update may be possible to run with netplay on Xbox.

The process for getting this mod to work w/o home-brew is fairly simple and would work well for Netplay Multiplayer functionality on Xbox.


I've managed to get PMEX build for UWP dolphin to
work, including the netplay launcher.
Unfortunately, the elf launcher won't show up
in netplay so it's still not possible.
But here are the steps:
1. Have a Brawl ISO
2. In ur Xbox user folder for dolphin go into
config and dolphin ini, and paste DefaultISO=
D: \Wii Games\BRAWL ISO\ Super Smash Bros.
Brawl.iso (that's how it was setup for me, u
can change it to ur folder and game name).
3. Download PMEX Remix for dolphin from
their website, grab the offline and netplay
launcher (for solo and hopefully in the future
multiplayer play), and grab the sd card that
comes with the mod. Rename it WiiSD and
replace it with the existing WiiSD raw file in ur
Load folder.
4. Launch PMEX Offline Launcher (boots you
into the whole game from title screen) or
NETPLAY Launcher (boots u right into
character select, would be fantastic for
desync issues currently), and you can play!
