The rules are:
1. Party is random (can use skills to shuffle, but then must unshuffle)
2. Must take all heroes from stage coach
3. All heroes for applicable dungeon must be used

This went a little better than I had imagined, but overall I would not recommend obviously. I really hope the flesh goes a little better as the prophet is one of the weaker bosses in the game.
