If you want to protect the surface of your Analogue Pocket, smartphone, or other device, you should consider ceramic coating it. Ceramic coating has become mainstream in the automotive industry, due to its ability to protect surfaces. Ceramic coating is a liquid that is applied to a surface (e.g. a car's paint, your phone, your handheld). Once cured, the coating is invisible, about 2 microns thick, and is extremely hard. You won't even know it is there. Think of it as invisible scratch armor.

Written Instructions

Duration: 10 Minute Installation + 24-48 Curing Time (Don't touch it!)

Step 1: Unpack
Pick a place that you will leave your device to cure for 24-48 hours after you apply the coating. Somewhere it will not be bumped or touched.
Get a bowl of water, you’ll need it in step 4.
Unpack the kit and set up your work surface. You may want to lay down a protective sheet of paper.
Keep the box close by, you’ll use this to prop up your device to cure.

Step 2: Clean
Put on the rubber gloves
Open the alcohol wipe and wring it out a bit, it is juicy.
Thoroughly wipe your device, until it is clean
Dry with one side of one of the grey cloths.

Step 3: Apply
Fold the thin applicator cloth into quarters
Open the bottle, and apply 5-10 drops to the cloth
Wipe the cloth onto your device, one panel at a time (e.g. the front)
It will look streaky and hazy. Don’t worry.
Make sure there are no dry spots. Reapply 5-10 drops and wipe the back of the device. - Coat the entire device, including the screen.
Keep coating off any electrical contacts, speakers, or ports.

Step 4: Level
Let your device sit for 2-3 minutes undisturbed, while you proceed to the next sub step.
Take your bowl of water, and submerge the grey towel from step 2.
Throughly wring out the towel. You want it to be damp, not wet or dripping.
After 2-3 minutes, take your damp cloth, and gently wipe down your device, all over.

Step 5: Buff
Take the dry grey cloth and buff your device, all over.
The haze and streaks should readily disappear.

Step 6: Cure
Set your device in the safe spot you picked in step 1, lean it up against the PWRUP Ceramic Box.
Don’t touch your device for 24-48 hours (If it is cool in your room, do 48hrs).
You’re done! Congrats on your PWRUP!
