Using an HD pack plus an AIO DLL that sets the game resolution to desktop (4K) vs 720P and does even more. Used WeMod to get past Karen's mission undetected. I tried about 6-8 times before that and I was getting detected no matter what. No sure if it's just hard or broken on PC, so WeMod to the rescue lol. Turned it off after that mission, you can hear the audio cue.
