0Alex Mercer wakes up literally "under the knife" as he is about to be dissected in a morgue. After making an escape, he learns he is in a city and that there are people looking for him: the nation's top secret organization called Blackwatch.
Managing to escape them for only a few moments, Alex flees towards his sister Dana's place in the hopes that she could explain what was happening to him since he had lost his memory...
