Sony announced through emails that they are going to end payments and funding to wallets on the PS Vita and PS3 stores as of 27th October 2021.

After this date you can still purchase games, but funds will need to be added through PS4, PS5 or the webstore. However it is clear PS3 and PS Vita store purchases will end in the near future.

Also it looks like Sony fixed the CBomb issue through a firmware update. The Cbomb was an issue on PS4 where if the CMOS battery died, the game could not sync to the online servers and hence PS4 disc and digital games couldnt be fixed, but now it looks like that has been fixed.
