0A Japanese-only PS1 followup to Hard Drivin', which you'd think would have also been released in the US. So... what's wrong with it, then? Well, aside from swimmy textures and controls that are hard to explain other than saying 'heavy,' what's here isn't offensively bad or anything. But then there's Race Drivin' included as well, and it runs really smooth and feels good to play. I guess they had to make something that looked more modern to get any kind of interest at the time? Not sure. Anyway, I would've liked this if I had it then, I imagine.
