The Playststion 2 emulator PCSX2 has recently been updated to incorporate the Vulkan API which if you have AMD hardware, like me, is great news! Direct3D was OK but still had problems with glitches and slowdowns and OpenGL wasn't much use to AMD users. The Vulkan renderer works great with these 5 games I checked out, rock steady framerates with little or no glitches. Grab one of the nightly PCSX2 builds here.... https://pcsx2.github.io/downloads.html to give it a try....
Res boosted to 2K, Bilinear Filtering, Anisotropic Filtering X16, Interlacing and other tweaks on a per game basis....
