PS2 Batman Begins (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It,Nl,Sv) v2 PATCH for PCSX2, PS3(BC), PS4(HB)

Tested in ps4 (HB) hombres enabled console, this patch version is recomended for PCSX2, PS3(BC), PS4(HB) -option for build a PKG, for ps2 need a progressive scan setup and will have big black bars each side, so better use the other patch runs in interlaced mode from other video.

Patch do:
- Convert PAL to USA with advantage multiple langs
- Unlock framerate to 60fps NTSC 60hz (from PAL 25fps 50hz), possible fps performance hit in consoles.
- Image display correction and enable sharper image (less blurry image)
- Autoenable subtitles, widescreen, camera axis stick to modern type (can be turn off in game options)
- No logos and skip movies with any button
- Des-PAL-letized (unlock NTSC native video display game code) *same 3d engine speed as USA counterpart
- Reemplaced PAL 25fps video files for USA 30fps counterparts correct display
- Smaller ISO size after patch (cleanup repeated video files)
- Add partial progressive scan mode (looks more cleaner, notable in ps3(BC)
