This is how to get the "ASCII Bond" item in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2. It is a rare item used in the synthesis of a few Processors, but there are no regular enemies that drop it.

The only way to get it is to wait for a Weirdo, a Sicko, and a Greedy Shadow to fuse into an ASCII Orchestra. You need to bunch them together and pass a few turns.

Its drop rate is rather low, so you might want the character with the highest Luck stat to make the killing blow. Nepgear's "Gehaburn" sword from the "Apocalypse: Savior's Sorrow" side story seems to increase drop rate by quite a lot (empirical evidence; no solid proof), but if you don't have it, give the kill to Gust or IF.
