The West Coast is in chaos. Seismologists are warning the world that one of the biggest earthquakes in the planet’s history is about to take place. Panicked, the populace of one of California’s major metropolises decides to evacuate to a safe location far away from the epicenter of the looming disaster.
In a matter of days, the City is all but abandoned, with only mercenary troops and insane locals left in the ruins to fend for themselves.
However, while everybody is making an effort to get as far away as possible from the city, there’s a cadre of daredevils willing to risk life and limb to race in the competition of a lifetime. Enter MotorStorm, the notorious union of gearheads, partiers, and adrenaline junkies. With a breathtaking arsenal of the world’s finest vehicles, they are prepared to experience a racing festival like no other. Starting out as Ellis “Mash” Marshall, your task is to rise through the ranks of this underground racing club and become a major force on the motorsport scene. But be careful; with competition this intense, it’s hard to consider who will be destroyed first: the City or its remaining survivors.
