This is a video about this kind of difficult Trophy/Achievement in Chapter 10 where you have to kill the six-legged woman (no spoilers) since I could only find videos where people used Rocket Launcher and/or spammed grenades, I decided to do it without them and make a video. This is on Survival difficulty.

It is useful to have few a shock or freeze bolts so you can freeze her where the fire comes out but as you can see in the video, I missed both of them so it is not necessary.

How to do it:
- Memorize where the valves and levers are and what they activate.
- Get rid of the bombs on each floor as soon as you can so you don't forget about them and activate it by mistake.
- Burn the bodies first. I am not sure if she heals or not when she reappears but having her disappear is bad enough.
- When you expect her to climb out of a body, don't use the matches until you can see her hand or it will be too early. If you wait too long, she will walk away or kill you.
- Each valve can only be activated once.
- Don't forget to collect your loot on the right side before entering the elevator (ammos, green, trap parts, key), you deserve it!

I noticed during the fight that I shot one of her hands off, I was trying to do it with the rest but didn't seem to work out.

The additional shotgun I have is the Double-barrel one that is a preorder bonus in the Fighting Chance pack.

I did get the Trophy in this guide but the PS4 did not record it.
