This is the hardest mission in the game to speed run. You have to beat the level in under 2:00 minutes but in reality you have to beat it in 1:42 or less because the timer runs during the bosses ending animation. Your cutoff time on the timer is 10:18. More details below:

You can use any high damage weapon you are comfortable with but the game points out this boss's weakness is incendiary ammo so that is what I used.

You MUST use Shock Bombs to paralyze the boss to inflict massive damage on them or you will not have enough time to beat the target "Fastest Time." Don't worry about taking too much damage on your way to the boss, your goal is to get there as fast as possible, just use a first aid kit to fully heal before the battle starts.

This was my set up, it is a bit clunky but it did the job. Again you can use what you like or what you're best with but make sure its HIGH damage.

My Bionic Mods were Punisher+ and Dodger+, Proficiency was Brute Force.
