With the last update Sony beefed up the PS4's streaming muscle, with at increase to 60fps at 720p. You lose the ability to record on the PS4 while you are streaming at that quality, but hey, if that's the price we've got to pay, I'm happy enough.
Sony also beefed up the maximum recording time to an incredible 60 minutes, depending on resolution and quality, and I think this is still at 720p 30fps, but again, it's a great feature.
