I'm really, really tired of this game insisting on reminding me that it was developed by people who couldn't be bothered to realize that there's an issue with this mob, despite being contacted about it. You can't have mobs programmed to consist of only non-white character NPC models; it's simply not okay, and you can't ignore your players asking for changes to be made, except Rockstar absolutely does.
