How to Resolve the PlayStation Billing Error WC-34891-5:

1. From PS4™, go to [Settings] - [Account Management] - [Account Information.
2. Select [Wallet] - [Payment Methods], and select the credit or debit card you are having issues with.
3. Make sure that your credit card details are entered correctly.
4. Check the address information on your account for PSN making sure it matches the address on the statement provided by your card issuer, including all abbreviations.
