So, a rant about MyHermes and a recent problem I had them which is currently two weeks long, and I cannot do anything because MyHerpes refuses to do anything to help.

I had a parcel collected on Monday 12th, then tracking showed that it was on it's way BACK to me on Wednesday 14th. For whatever reason, they didn't even bother to ATTEMPT a delivery before deciding to send it back to me.

So now, the buyer doesn't have his items, I don't have my items and I lost the money when I issued a refund. They've either LOST OR STOLEN my items because many of these MyHerpes drivers are no doubt crooked.

I can't do anything to seek compensation or reimbursement for my lost items, because they don't answer their phone nor do they answer their Tweets (the main subject of this video).

Remember: NEVER use MyHermes again! Such a disgrace to the World of Couriers.
