PSC 2.0 - Simple control - 2 buttons + 2 PWM channels + 5 LED - CD4017 Advanced AVR code

+single click on one button actives the channel associated with it, if it's not activated yet and displays the PWM level LED;
+If activated, single click cycle through 0-5 PWM values;
+Hold any button turns OFF the channel and the LED;
+If both channels are OFF, turns OFF the MCU.

Even thought with only 2 buttons and 5+1 LEDs, PSC 2.0 would be my go to MCU development board for further refinement of Advanced Time management 3.0 and Juno button 6.0 will be developed using it. I have spent a lot of time coding with the PSC 1.0 to make it justify to create this new board, and this board is far more versatile than previous version as a power supply unit.
