Pseudo 60fps test on games that aren't/don't run at 60fps
TL;DR - Making 60fps footage out of games that only run at 30fps. Starforce itself runs at 60fps (overworld) and 30fps (battles), Pokemon Alpha Sapphire/Majora's Mask 3D run at 30fps (over world/battles) and 60fps (menus).
Not 100% perfect, but still decent enough.
This isn't exactly a new thing, but after things got during a recent silent interview, I decided to actually look up "converting 30fps to 60fps". 5 hours later we have this video. Time stamps below.
Feel free to pick a time from the time stamps below or watch the whole thing and give your thoughts in the comments. Your thoughts and analysis are much appreciated.

0:01 - Soaring in Pokemon : Alpha Sapphire
0:57 - Attempting to fight "Antasma X" at a low level in Mario and Luigi Dream Team. Don't do it.
5:32 - Kogoro/Mii's attacks/special attack in Project X Zone. If you're wondering why every attack is a critical despite me not hitting the inputs in the right spots, I have something called the "Portal Stone Ring" which you get for clearing the game on hard mode.
6:40 - Fighting Gyorg in Majora's Mask 3D. Seeing a 3D Zelda game run in 60fps is something else.
13:58 - Spade Magnus R in Mega Man Starforce 3 : Black Ace
15:49 - My 7 month old "Shorkie" puppy "Melow"

And because I'm a very nice person (or at the very least I try to be) I used this video and this guide to accomplish this.
