PSO2 - Cheap Character Setup

So i made a new character for the "New Player! Level Up Campaign" to get the Leontina Certificate (not that i need it but whatever) and found out i don't have any more cheap decent gear. Now, the obvious answer would be "Just use gear from other characters" but i'm too lazy to do that (yet somehow i'll gladly place the sword and rings back into storage boxes for other characters). I then noticed that it is super easy to get Weapon Barriers (there are two of them near the beginning of episode 4 from cutscenes and another one in arks road.) and since they have super horrible stats i figured "why the hell not lets cheap out on this one".
So, here is a video showing that it's... passable, since this character isn't going to do anything other than time attack and extreme quest client orders it's okay, don't do this in actual content..
