I couldn't find a good name for this song because it was literally only used in 1 cutscene in the game. It was also used in the NGS follow-up trailer that came out the day after the teaser in July 2020 and in NGS Prologue 1 in May 2021. You can sorta tell this was from early-NGS since it still used instruments and the like from Episode 6.
