[PtN] "Taking back Syndicate with the weak!" (Ch 13 low tier/invest casual gameplay)

I know I mostly do endgame meta content, but some of the most fun I have with PtN gameplay is actually just heavily sandbagging against casual content. Ch 13 dials back on the heavy stat checking of 11/12, and refocuses on mechanics and decision making, enabling playmaking based comps and routes. This has been my favorite story chapter to play through thus far, so had to share some of the more intense or clever clears!

Main showcases are Tetra and Vic's aoe splash ecb normals. Right out of the gate, we immediately abuse aoe healing by sacrificing Dolly's entire hp pool, then moving her to a well defended position. Swapping tanks like this is just free massive hp and heal efficiency boost by multiplying the number of targets aoe heals provide value for. The same principle also lets Vic stay in ecb mode the entire fight and start stacking early. It's like that Starcraft play where you just keep rotating who's in front so everyone survives at 1 hp and maintains the squad dps, then regens up for the next encounter.

Chelsea is played for 2 reasons: as a stall point for mob packs so Vic's ecb normals get value, and for her petrify on demand ult to deal with berserker dogs.

If you follow off meta gameplay discussions, you might know that the Tetra/Flora/Lynn combo has made some noise, being 240k DZ capable with headroom even in this extremely power crept season. But this run showcases the utility of her fast break recharge, very quick and heavy aoe nuke to destroy meteors, along with her somewhat controllable stun on demand. Overall, Tetra not only has an absolutely absurd attack stat, with a base higher than many S while also packing a whopping 20% self att buff, she also provides a solid team crit buff alongside great utility and personal single target damage comparable to the old pdps meta. She was very likely top tier up until Deren's release, but her tech and synergies weren't discovered until long beyond that point, cuz thanks, terribad CN tier list! She is just an absolute playmaking monster that never got the attention she deserved.

Mostly a showcase of Vic's nuking capability, and Horo and 99's fantastic survivability that surpasses even Chelsea and Sitri's, while also dealing significant damage. We need to damage race the incredbly tanky snake callers before the healer spawns and ruins everything. Between Pacassi's radiation, Dolly's cross splash normals and ability to sit on 2 full ults, and Vic's line aoe spam, we're able to lay down massive aoe dps during the clusterfuck section at top while our defensive furies hold out on their own to blow through the dps check even with this severe damage/investment deficit.

7:25 13-10

Showcasing a bit of Roully's recent ninja buff, giving her the ability to change targets during ecb ult. This allows her to ult to assist with wave clear, and of course, her burst capability was already known, blowing through the berserker dogs with only minor assistance.

Once dogs are done, we can move forward past the lava trails and just dump all our aoe furies into the crowd with Ariel's aoe healing. Greeding 99 into heal range was a mistake, and I should've just let here solo that 1 elite right at the spawn, where it was still in Dolly's splash range anyways. Once we aoe down all the regular mobs, because the golems don't walk, they can never leak. We can just wait for them to come to us and kill them however slowly we want.
