Fortnite, a sandbox survival game, announced earlier this month that they would be releasing a Battle Royale mode for their game on September 26th. Earlier today the VP for Bluehole and development company for PUBG released a statement expressing their extreme displeasure and were "contemplating further action"... which usually translates to "lawsuit".
