In short, Type B changes your controller settings to have a default button for ADS "RT" and a separate button for zooming in over the shoulder "LB". While, in Type A (the default setting), you perform both actions via the Right Trigger / "RT". ---- I have been switching back and forth, and as of now I prefer Type B. We'll see how long it lasts xD
