All those other worst Amiga beat 'em up game lists lie. Their PD equivalents are even more worserer than the worst of the worstest.

Games featured (with descriptions taken from various PD catalogues)...

Prize Fighter

"A brilliant playable demo of a martial arts game. Superb in every aspect. Computer opponent puts up a strong fight, with well-drawn sprites and nice tunes as well. Excellent in every way." (17-bit)

Fighting Warriors

"Remember 'Way of The Exploding Fist' on the C64? Well, here's a version written in Amos and... it's very good! The sprites are large although they do appear to be based upon Street Fighter 2 images! Very good, fast beat-em-up with loads of moves, etc." (17-bit)

Mad Fighters 1200

"Dire Street Fighter 2 clone. Woooooo. O." (17-bit)

Fatal Blows

"Fatal Blows is a two-player fighting game in which two players will take part in a three-round bout. The player which wins best out of three wins - simple as that!" (17-bit)

Martial Spirit

"This is a reasonable beat 'em up game which should appeal to kids (cause there ain't no blood and guts). A few moves are on offer including flying kicks, punches and the like. Also, each character has a 'special' move. If you register for the full version, there are 5 characters you can choose to fight with and 2 bosses. Nice gfx although the sfx are a bit tacky." (17-bit)

Street Fighter III demo

Part of PD Soft collection, no description. Entirely silent prior to me tampering with it.

Barravento

"A bit unusual this one!?!?!? It's sort of a Spanish beat 'em up thing? The players do a dance as their fighting?!?!?! Strange but fun!" (17-bit)

Kick 'em

"RiDiCuLoUoUoUoAwOoSe beat 'em up! Spanish beat 'em up thing with some really crazy moves! Nothing super advanced or amazingly fantastic, but good violent beat 'em up fun nonetheless! P.S. it made us all laugh a bit!" (17-bit)

Weapon Masters

"This demo game coded by Digital Ninja is very good. It is a one or two-player fighting game in which both players fight with weapons. You start out fighting with a sword and there is no lack of blood when you get down to messing with player two (be it your mate or the computer). Good graphics, sound and music." (PD Soft)
