'Return to the terrifying PuppetShow in this spooky sequel! A young girl has been asleep for over two days, and the local doctors are at a loss. The townspeople believe her condition to be a curse emanating from a dark magician’s castle in the mountains, so it’s up to you to track down the cause of the curse and save the Souls of the Innocent! Dive into in this dark and mysterious Hidden Object game.'

NOTES: I'm actually surprised this game was only 2 hrs long because it felt like SO much longer. The story itself was probably only about 30ish minutes long, if that, but the almost never-ending hidden object scenes made it feel so very much longer. It reminded me of the bad kind of H.O games where they just put you in scene after scene with very little story to justify it. Also the fan inventory is more than a little annoying if you're trying to put in multiple parts of a puzzle, such as the planets puzzle to enter the fortune tellers. It also makes you thankful that most H.O games have map traversal as a standard because traversal without it to try to find what to do next is such a pain. Also the scenes are so cluttered (since most scenes were used more than once) it made finding things very difficult, especially when the name of the objects are interchangeable sometimes. I like it when it's things like a compass, or other homophones but when they say 'clippers' and the correct object is actually 'tongs' it's extremely frustrating.
All in all, the style of the game was lovely and the story was good, if a little short/basic but that has probably changed in successive games.

If you'd like to play this game or one like it you can find it both on https://www.bigfishgames.com/ or https://store.steampowered.com/games/ to buy it outright, or you can go to https://www.gamehouse.com/ where you can pay a monthly fee to play any of their possibly hundreds of games available on their site...the only catch is you have to play it through their website which means an always on internet connection and if you cancel your membership you can't play it anymore outside the demo 1 hour.
